Wellness, for me, is both lived and practiced.
For more than two decades, I’ve worked as a massage therapist, helping people feel better in their bodies through hands-on bodywork. It’s work I still practice and love today — and over the years, my own love of strength training, movement, and wellness has only deepened the way I think about the body.
I believe in getting stronger, but I also believe in recovery. In pushing yourself, but knowing when your body needs something different. In paying attention to how we move, how we fuel ourselves, and how we feel along the way.
That’s what I like to call Muscle Therapy.
It’s about awareness. Consistency. Curiosity. Growth, and having fun in the process.
This space is an extension of that practice — a place where bodywork, strength, recovery, nourishment, and everyday rhythms meet real life.
Because growth isn’t just something we photograph. It’s something we practice.
And yes, you can have your cake and your protein, too.
