Wellness, for me, is both lived and practiced.
What two decades of bodywork experience and years of strength training have taught me is that caring for your body shouldn’t be about extremes, it should be a form of therapy. What I like to call…..Muscle Therapy.
It’s also about awareness. Consistency. Curiosity. Growth, and having fun in the process.
This space is an extension of that practice. A place where movement, recovery, nourishment, and everyday rhythms meet real life. Because growth isn’t just something we photograph. It’s something we practice.
And yes, you can have your cake and your protein, too.
